About

About This Site

Official site for 老大 (Laoda): visual albums, weekly strange tales, and CC0 editions. Browse free. Collect on Manifold and OpenSea when you want.

Content

The site is a portfolio and listening hub for Laoda's music, videos, and artwork:

• Visual albums with original music and AI-generated visuals
• Long-form video works released through Web3 platforms
• NFT editions and CC0 works designed for remixing and circulation
• Multilingual content in English, Chinese, and Spanish
• Creative explorations of anarchy, capital, digital culture, and state power

Generative tools are part of the craft. Each piece is directed, curated, and edited into a finished work.

Blockchain Releases

Laoda uses blockchain infrastructure to release and preserve selected works. Some editions are hosted through permanent decentralized storage and collected through platforms such as Manifold and OpenSea.

For search and browser compatibility, this website uses local thumbnails and outbound links instead of embedding every blockchain-hosted video file directly into the page. The permanent release links remain available through the track and collection buttons.

Copyright & Licensing

All work here is by 老大 (Laoda / @WhiteGrape19). Releases marked CC0 — no rights reserved — invite mint, remix, sample, sell derivatives, go commercial. No permission needed for those. Check each release's own license; CC0 on one drop isn't a blanket for the catalog.

Any legacy pieces still carrying old-school © All Rights Reserved? That's just dust from before the shift. New drops default to open, no asterisks, no trolling, no enforcement theater.

NFTs? You own the on-chain provenance and whatever the market decides it's worth. Copyright? Never implied unless I explicitly tattoo it into the mint terms (spoiler: I almost never do). The EP is CC0. A gift for frens and haters alike. Go forth and remix. Shut up and cook.
